”I almost destroyed my marriage, family, faith and life. After 15 years of Christian ministry, missions and pastoral experience, I woke up out of religious activity. Leading with good deeds, biblical head knowledge but with little heart or mind transformation and little Holy Spirit power moving through me.

I took an unconventional path and got emotional healing, upgraded my mental health, and restored my identity in Christ. I let go of the old life including toxic emotions and destructive mindsets. I enveloped the new creation life in Christ Jesus and am now living victorious in all areas of my life. My marriage is thriving, my children are confident and secure, and am living out my life on earth victoriously.

This transformation I went through created such a powerful generational impact that I decided to become a thought leader in neural plasticity, mental health restoration, inner healing, and identity regeneration. I have since developed my own modality called MHR - Mind + Heart Regeneration™. “ I struggled with feelings of hopelessness in my marriage and doubted that things were ever going to change. I often felt powerless over my circumstances and didn’t realize that I had lived most of my life from a victim mindset, striving to overcome emotional defeat and disbelief of my true value as a child of God.

One day, Jesus gave me a vision of myself walking with him as a little girl through a field. He said, “I want to take you through healing.” I was so ready for change and to get out of my hopelessness that I jumped into therapy, desperate for anything to help my situation. But one thing still remained. My mind and heart continued to live in a place of despair over my broken marriage and I kept fighting for change in the wrong way.

  Then one day, in my deepest place of sorrow, God boldly told me to make a decision. He challenged me to start viewing my life from a place of victory and to stand in confidence that He had already redeemed and restored my marriage, our family and even my own heart. He told me to stop looking at how I had been so hurt throughout my life, and to start declaring and speaking victory into every place I needed a miracle. He asked me to look at myself and no one else and radically changed my perspective.

I began deep heart healing with the Father. Faithfully He spoke identity and purpose into my life like never before. He told me what to think about my circumstances and how to view things as a VICTOR, rather than a victim. I began declaring His truth and speaking life over myself and those close to me. God gave me powerful words to call my husband in faith not based on my past experiences.

I got mentors who championed me in walking in my Kingdom identity and this renewed way of thinking like God thinks. I got trained in heart healing so I could impart healing and help people walk in their own freedom. I started mentoring others who struggled with similar negative emotions/mindsets and have helped them to hear from God for victory and breakthrough in their own lives. Now they too have been unlocked into their own freedom with Jesus to be who God says they are.“ - Heather Garcia
